Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is a measure of body fat based on your height and weight.
Why track it?
Knowing your BMI is a simple way to understand if your weight is in a healthy proportion to your weight.
A high BMI can mean that you’re at risk of health problems related to being overweight or obese, while a low BMI can result in issues caused by being underweight. This article explains what range your BMI falls into, and you can read more about BMI here.
How is it measured?
Progress can automatically calculate your BMI if you set your height by tapping on your name at the top of the ‘Me’ tab. Then, just enable BMI under ‘What I Track’ on the ‘Me’ tab and you’re good to go!
